How it works: Copy and share the link or invite your friend on social media to join Phrozen Member Rewards.

What they’ll get: By clicking the referral link and signing up, your friend will receive points and an extra €5 coupon.

What you’ll get: Enjoy a €5 coupon after your friend makes a purchase on Phrozen's official website.

Points Expiration Regulations

Don’t worry about your points expiring. As long as you are in the loop and continue to collect new points within two years, the expiration date of your points will be extended in accordance with the last points you collected.

However, if you do not gain any points in two years, your points will expire altogether after two years.

Membership Tiers

Bronze Member	Automatically assigned once you signed up to Phrozen Member Rewards.	Earn 1 point for every €10 spent
Silver Member	Spend more than €10,000 on Phrozen official website.	Earn 1 point for every €10 spent Enjoy a 3% discount on all your orders
Gold Member	Spend more than €30,000 on Phrozen official website.	Earn 2 points for every €10 spent Enjoy a 5% discount on all your orders
Platinum Member	Spend more than €50,000 on Phrozen official website.	Earn 3 points for every €10 spent Enjoy a 8% discount on all your orders
Diamond Member	Spend more than €70,000 on Phrozen official website.	Earn 4 points for every €10 spent Enjoy a 11% discount on all your orders.

Notes: Points will accumulate starting from November 3, 2023, with no expiration date.

Redeem Your Rewards

When you've gathered enough points, it's time to cash in for some discount coupons. We've got two options for you right now:

1. Exchange 50 points for a €5 discount coupon.
2. Exchange 500 points for a whopping €55 discount coupon.

These coupons will be valid for one month, but the expiration date and redemption amount may vary according to the current campaign.

 

Disclaimer

1. Points and coupons can’t be transferred to other members or converted into cash.
2. When making a purchase, you can decide whether to use your discount coupon. If you choose to use it, the coupon will be applied to your order during checkout.
3. Points are earned when your order amount reaches €10, excluding shipping costs, taxes, and tariffs.
4. Your past purchase records on the Phrozen Global site will be removed when you transfer to Phrozen US or EU websites.
5. Points earned on one site cannot be shared, transferred, or accumulated with those on other sites.
6. For Phrozen Global sites, previously registered members will still receive their Sign Up points (30 points) accordingly.
7. Phrozen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove the Phrozen Member Rewards at any time. Advance notices of any change will be provided on our website.
